At Wemyssical Crystals & Crafts, every order is packed with care by Rachel, right here in Scotland. We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us — so here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you, and what happens if something isn't quite right.

Shipping
How we pack your order
Every item is carefully wrapped and packaged to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully. Crystals are individually wrapped, fragile pieces are cushioned with protective padding, and every order is packed as if it's a gift — because we know many of them are.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days of purchase. During busy periods such as Christmas, this may be slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
UK delivery
We ship all orders across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 2-4 working days
- Tracked delivery: 1-3 working days (available at checkout)
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you're based outside the UK and would like to enquire about placing an order, please contact us at wemyssicalcrystals@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
We hope you love everything from Wemyssical - but if something isn't right, we're here to sort it.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery:

How to return an item
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in the original or suitable protective packaging
- Your name and order number are included inside the parcel
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made with your order.
Items that cannot be returned
Due to their personal or perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (e.g. candles, dried lavender products)
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care packing every order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Send a photo of the damage to wemyssicalcrystals@gmail.com
- Keep the original packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund - at no extra cost to you. We'll also cover return postage for faulty items.
Wrong Item Received
If we've made an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange collection and send the correct item as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
