At Wemyssical Crystals & Crafts, every order is packed with care by Rachel, right here in Scotland.

Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days of purchase. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), this may be slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

UK Delivery We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
• Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days (available at checkout)

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available — please contact us at wemyssicalcrystals@gmail.com or call +44 7368 106415 to arrange collection.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you're based outside the UK and would like to enquire about an order, please get in touch at wemyssicalcrystals@gmail.com.
